Pronto iQ Livelink for seamless, accurate and relevant insights
Pronto iQ Livelink facilitates real-time data transfer to your data warehouse and enables connectivity between different database systems, providing seamless handling and automatic integration of live data for easy accurate reporting.
This new solution is available as monthly tiered subscription which is dependent on your Pronto Xi user licenses.
Allocate up to 300 Pronto Xi tables or areas you want to report on and replicate to your data warehouse. Once initialised all the existing data in the selected tables will then continually update whenever that data changes in Pronto Xi. The Pronto iQ team will continue to monitor the infrastructure to ensure that the tables in the data warehouse remain synced.
If your business requires extra capability also available is:
- additional Pronto Xi tables,
- additional destinations (data warehouses),
- advance destinations (outside of typical servers),
- additional Pronto Software source (e.g Pronto Xi eCommerce)
- additional development environment (e.g test environment)

How quickly does the data replicate?
The resourcing of the destination data warehouse largely controls the speed of data replication for large volumes. However, once data initialisation has been completed, data will typically replicate into the destination Data Warehouse in seconds. The Pronto iQ team monitors this performance, adjusting and optimising the data flows to achieve the most efficient data flows possible.
What versions of Pronto Xi are compatible with Pronto iQ Livelink?
Pronto iQ Livelink is designed to be as flexible as possible, and we can integrate with any 700 series of Pronto Xi.
How does this relate to ETL_Express?
ETL_Express is a rock-solid ETL toolset that Pronto Software has been refining for almost 15 years. Pronto iQ Livelink is the next generation of data replication toolsets, allowing low latency, low impact, and high-security data replication capabilities.
Can I replicate my Pronto Xi data to a different data warehouse?
Yes, of course. Pronto iQ Livelink supports over 40 different destination data warehouse platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Databricks, Hadoop and Snowflake.
Do I have to be hosted on Pronto Cloud?
Pronto iQ Livelink can be hosted on any platform, however our testing has proven that the Pronto Cloud network provides the fastest and most reliable platform for data synchronisation. If you are hosted elsewhere, please speak to a Pronto iQ Engineer so they can assess if Pronto iQ Livelink could work for you.
Can Pronto iQ Livelink integrate data from other 3rd party applications?
Pronto iQ Livelink can ingest data from various data sources, and we have had great results synchronising information from several Pronto Software developed applications and platforms such as Avenue. While Pronto iQ Livelink can ingest data from several different sources, a technical investigation of the third-party application infrastructure and authentication protocols would be required.
